Welcome to the PFP Pulse,
We are a newsletter showcasing Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) Foundation Programme Students and their achievements.
Our goal is to share and promote the Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) experience in NYP.
We offer a unique perspective with student-composed stories, that highlights the achievements and escapades of our PFP Peers. We also have lifestyle stories, which unveil our students’ quirky hobbies and interests.
No matter who you are, you will definitely find something interesting in our newsletter.

Founding
The PFP Pulse Newsletter is pioneered by the PFP batch of 2023.
Logo
The logo is made of two parts. The heart represents us; PFP students, while the flipping page represents our stories being etched into a book (in this case a single newsletter website). Blue represents our promise to write trustworthy articles and yellow represents the shining stories of PFP students.
What is PFP?
The Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) is a one-year foundational programme that prepares promising students for full-time diploma courses at Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP).
In addition to getting an introduction to their chosen diploma course, students will also take modules in communication skills, project skills, and sports and wellness, among others. The PFP curriculum structure at NYP is designed to provide students with a stimulating and interactive environment, offering many opportunities for experiential learning through engaging hands-on activities, integrated projects, interesting games, and learning journeys.
